WINDOWS ON THE WAR: TASS POSTERS 1941-1945

When I visited the USA this summer, a highlight was the day I spent in the Art Institute in Chicago. Among the many amazing things I saw there, they had a huge exhibition of wartime propaganda posters, mostly World War II posters produced by TASS but also other German and American posters and Russian posters from the inter-war period. These are huge posters and brilliantly executed. Unfortunately, the exhibition ended in October but if you see it advertised anywhere else, it is a must-see!!
